Website analytics and browser information

With your explicit permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website. The information may include browser and device details, approximate location derived from network information, pages viewed, referral information, interactions with website features, and Clarity session insights such as heatmaps and session recordings.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not load before you consent. Advertising storage, Google Signals, advertising personalisation, and remarketing are not enabled by our website implementation. Google Analytics cookies expire after 13 months and are not renewed on every page visit. Microsoft Clarity analytics cookies may last from the session to 1 year.

Google and Microsoft may process analytics information outside Australia. You can reject or withdraw analytics permission at any time through Cookie settings.

Live chat

If you consent to optional tools, we may load the HaloPSA live chat widget so you can message C9 from the website. HaloPSA may receive browser, device, network, page, and chat interaction information needed to provide the chat service.
